The Other Little Foot by Lynn Graves, for sewing a perfect 1/4" seam when quilting. It's designed to take the worry and variance out of your seams, ensuring that all your piecing is easy and accurate.

It's made of clear lexan for great visibility, and has etched, painted lines to aid in stopping your stitching exactly 1/4" from a corner, in the case or mitres or binding. The foot is also notched 1/4" in front of and behind the needle center, as a reference for starting, stopping, and pivoting.

The right edge is 1/4" from your needle when it's in the center position. The left edge is 3/8" from the center needle position. Both sides will result in a scant seam allowance, which is exactly what you want. The wider foot gives better contact with the feed dogs resulting in more control of your fabric.
