Crafty Frog - A Community of Friends

Dear Customers and Friends,

As the owner of Crafty Frog, I have always envisioned our business as a welcoming community where people can come together to share experiences and learn new skills.

2022 threw quite a few curveballs at us and I spent many months away from my business.  However, as many of you have already discovered, I am now back managing the day to day running of the business along with my amazing staff Marian, Roz, Kim, Leigh, Emily and looking forward to welcoming another two new staff in the not too distant future.  

Crafty Frog will always strive to treat our customers as part of the Frog family. If you feel that you have not been treated as such in the past, or if you have any suggestions on how we can improve, please do not hesitate to reach out to me.

As part of our community theme, we recently had the pleasure of hosting Lily, a work experience student from Orana Steiner school. Lily was so wonderful that we offered her some casual paid work at our shop. We are always excited to welcome new members to our community.  Recently Leigh also joined us and is working hard to get all our stock up online

We were also delighted to see one of our friends, Shaz, who dropped by to visit her teacher, Marian, at our shop. Shaz shared that she had taken a crochet lesson with us five years ago, where she learned how to make a granny square. With the confidence she gained from our class, she entered the 2023 Royal Canberra Show for the first time and was pleasantly surprised by the result - her gorgeous entry won a First Prize. We are thrilled to have been a part of her journey, and we look forward to offering more classes in the near future.

Lastly, we want to express our gratitude to our customers who have taken the time to leave us positive reviews on Google. Reviews like the one from Pumbaa, who praised our knowledgeable and well-organized owner, and Teena, who enjoyed the experience and appreciated the owner's helpfulness, inspire us to continue improving and providing the best service to our community.
